Hi, I’m Ellen!
With over a decade of experience supporting adults with both complex and non-complex needs, I am deeply committed to making a meaningful difference in people’s lives. I am currently completing a three-year Honours Degree in Psychology, with a particular interest in applied and clinical psychology.
I have a strong passion for empowering individuals with learning disabilities, promoting independence, and fostering social inclusion. Advocacy is at the heart of my approach, ensuring that the people we support have a voice and the opportunities they deserve. I am excited to bring a wide range of skills to my role, creating engaging, social, and meaningful experiences that enhance well-being and quality of life. I look forward to making a positive impact!

Day Centre Support Worker
Charlotte joins us with a strong academic background, having recently completed a four-year degree in Criminology. As a dedicated mother of three, she brings a wealth of experience in balancing responsibilities with a deep commitment to making a difference.
With over a decade of experience supporting vulnerable adults in residential and supported living settings, Charlotte is passionate about promoting independence and enhancing quality of life. She is eager to bring her expertise and enthusiasm to our team, designing and delivering engaging activities that enrich the lives of the people we support. We are thrilled to welcome Charlotte and look forward to the positive impact she will make!
